SALISBURY STEAKS | |
1 can mushroom soup 1 1/2 lbs. hamburg (can use ground turkey or half & half) 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/4 c. finely chopped onion 1/3 c. water Mix 1/4 cup soup and rest of ingredients, except water; mix thoroughly. Shape into 6 small loaves. Place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Spoon off fat. Mix remaining soup and water; pour over loaves. Bake 10 minutes longer. |
