BRUNCH CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 c. sliced or chopped onion 1/4 c. butter 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. milk 6 hard boiled eggs, sliced 1/2 lb. bacon, crisp and crumbled (sausage can be added) Cook onion in butter until soft. Combine cheese soup and milk; heat until cheese is melted. Add onions and place in casserole dish and sprinkle with bacon and sliced eggs on the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and serve over English muffins (warmed and buttered). |
