VICKY'S SAUSAGE AND EGG
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. milk bulk sausage
6 eggs
6 slices day old bread, cubed (no crusts)
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Sliced sauteed mushrooms to your taste
Chopped sauteed onions to your taste
Chopped sauteed green peppers to your taste

Fry and drain sausage; set aside. Beat eggs and add milk. Cube bread. Mix all ingredients and put in greased 9x13 inch pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerate 30 minutes before baking. Bake at 350 degrees in oven 45-60 minutes.
