RHODES™ DOUBLE DECKER PIZZA 
1 loaf Rhodes bake-n-serv™ frozen white, Italian, or wheat bread dough, thawed
2 green peppers, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 1/4 cup, cut up meat (salami, pepperoni, or sausage, cooked and drained)
1 teaspoon Italian herbs (oregano, basil or marjoram)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
softened butter
sesame seeds

Lightly brown green pepper, tomato and onion. Add meat, herbs, and salt. Cook 5 minutes over low heat. Drain; cool.

Divide dough into three equal parts. Roll each part into a rectangle, 1x7-inches, on floured surface. Place rectangle on baking sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Spread with half of green pepper mixture, sprinkle with half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Top with second rectangle, repeat. Stretch third rectangle slightly; place on top. Pinch edges together to seal. Brush with butter, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cover, let rise in warm place 1 hour.

Bake at 350°F until deep golden brown, about 40 to 45 minutes. Cut into slices, serve!
