AUNT MARGE'S ONION RELISH 
2 lb. sweet onions, chopped (4-5 c.)
1 red pepper, sweet, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
2 pieces celery, sliced thin
1/2 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. light brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed

Saute onion and pepper in butter about 15 minutes. Do not brown. Add remaining ingredients and 1/2 cup water, heat to boil and simmer on low 20 minutes until thick. Makes 4-5 cups relish. Great on hot dogs and hamburgers. Store in refrigerator.
