NO BAKE CHOCOLATE ROLL 
1 bar German sweet chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar
Coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 lb. bite size marshmallows

Melt chocolate and butter in top of double boiler or microwave. Cool slightly and add beaten egg, vanilla, powdered sugar and salt.

Pour this mixture over nuts and marshmallows and work to coat them. Sprinkle coconut on waxed paper. Add mixture to form roll. Refrigerate and cut in rounds. Freezes well.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
