1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. baking cocoa
1/3 c. melted butter
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
24 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Whipped cream
Shaved chocolate

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine crumbs, confectioners' sugar and cocoa in bowl; mix well. Stir in melted butter. Press into greased 9 inch springform pan. Melt chocolate chips in heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Combine cream cheese and condensed milk in mixer bowl; beat well.

Add melted chocolate, eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour over crumb mixture. Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until center is set. Cool to room temperature. Garnish with dollops of whipped cream and shaved chocolate. Yield: 10 to 12 servings.
