FUDGE TRUFFLE CHEESECAKE 
1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/3 c. butter, melted

FILLING:

2 c. chocolate chips, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. sour cream
Shaved chocolate

Butter sides and bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Mix vanilla wafer crumbs, powdered sugar, cocoa and butter for crust. Press on bottom of 9 inch springform pan.

Melt chocolate chips and mix with softened cream cheese until fluffy. Add Eagle Brand milk and mix until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Pour into crust. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees or until center is set. Cool in pan. Refrigerate.

Mix sugar and sour cream. Spread over top of cooled cheesecake. Decorate with shaved chocolate. Serves 12.
