SQUAW CORN 
2 c. whole kernel corn
2 tbsp. butter
1 green pepper, diced
2 med. onions, chopped
1 sm. jar pimento, diced
1/4 tsp. pepper

Melt butter in skillet. Add green pepper and onion. Saute slowly over low heat until tender and transparent. Add drained corn, pimento and seasonings. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Serve in a warm bowl. Serves 4.
