SQUASH A LA ORANGE 
1 med. acorn squash
Salt
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
1/4 tsp. dill weed

Pierce squash with fork several times to allow steam to escape. Place squash on paper towel in microwave oven.

Microwave (high), uncovered, 8 to 10 minutes or until tender, turning squash over once. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut in half crosswise. Remove seeds. Place cut side up on microwave-safe serving plate. Sprinkle with salt. Divide butter, concentrate, and dill wee between halves.

Microwave (high), uncovered, 2 to 3 minutes or until squash is glazed. Cut each in half to serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
