STIR FRY 
VEGETABLES OF YOUR CHOICE:

Celery
Carrots
Tomatoes
Green peppers
Onion
Red pepper
Pea pods
Water chestnuts
Mushrooms

Combination - your choice, about 4 cups bite-size pieces, sauteed in olive oil until tender, don't over cook. Set aside.

MEAT OF YOUR CHOICE:

Chicken
Steak
Pork steak
Shrimp

Brown 2-3 cups meat in bite-size pieces.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 to 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water (from vegetables, if available)
1 tsp. 5-spice powder
Cornstarch to thicken

Bring to a boil, thicken with cornstarch until mixture is consistency of heavy cream. Add meat, mix in vegetables, pour over rice.
