BLUEBERRY BUCKLE CAKE 
3/4 c. sugar
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
2 c. blueberries, washed and well drained
1 1/2 c. flour, sifted
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Mix sugar, milk, butter, egg and vanilla and add to dry ingredients. Fold in blueberries (rolled in flour and sugar).

TOPPING:

1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar

Mix ingredients for topping until crumbly. Spread on top of cake. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes in a 9 x 9 inch pan.
