ANNA'S POPS | |
2 c. cut up canteloupe (or other fruit) 1 sm. banana, cut up 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice 1/4 c. non-fat dry milk (can substitute reg. milk) 1 (8 oz.) carton orange or lemon yogurt Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into ice cube trays or small paper cups. Freeze. Put sticks in if desired. This makes a healthy and nutritious snack. |
