1 onion, sliced
1/4 c. butter
4 to 6 zucchini
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Saute' onion in butter until soft but not brown. Add zucchini cut in 1 1/4 inch rounds. Salt and pepper and cook tossing for about 5 minutes. Add cheese just before serving and toss to coat well.
