BACON JARDIN 
1 pkg. bacon, cut in 1" pieces
3/4 c. instant rice
3/4 c. boiling water
1 sm. zucchini
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tomato, sliced
1 sm. onion, sliced
1 green pepper
4 slices American cheese

Fry bacon until crisp, drain, add rice, water and zucchini; sprinkle with seasonings, arrange tomato, onion and green pepper over bacon mixture, season wwith additional salt, cover and simmer until tender crisp. Top ith cheese, cover until cheese begins to melt. Makes 4 servings.
