PEANUT BUTTER NEVER SO GOOD | |
2 cans apple pie filling 1 box plus 1 c. confectioners' sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter Graham crackers (not crumbs) 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip Mix 1 box confectioners' sugar with cream cheese until fluffy. Fold in Cool Whip and set aside. Mix approximately 1 cup confectioners' sugar in small bowl with peanut butter. Line bottom of 7 x 11 inch baking dish with whole graham crackers. Spread 1 can apple pie filling on top. Spread 1/2 of cream cheese mixture on apples. Spread 1/2 peanut butter mixture on cream cheese. Repeat layers ending with cream cheese-Cool Whip mixture. |
