JELLY ROLL 
4 eggs, separated, whites only
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. warm water
1 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. of your favorite jelly

Beat egg yolks, add sugar gradually; add water, vanilla, salt, flour and baking powder. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour into a wax papered 10"x18" pan. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for approximately 20 minutes. Turn from pan at once onto wet cloth. Spread with jelly or jam; roll up. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool before cutting. Keep in sealed container. Taste good ice box cold.
