MARSHMALLOW PUFFS 
18 lg. marshmallows
36 vanilla or chocolate wafers
3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 tbsp. butter

Heat oven 350 degrees. Cut 18 large marshmallows in half with a scissor (dip scissor in water to prevent sticking). Arrange 36 wafers on ungreased cookie sheet. Place 1 marshmallow half cut side down on each wafer. Bake 4-5 minutes until marshmallow puffs. Refrigerate on cookie sheet 10 minutes.

While cookies are cooling, heat 3/4 cup chocolate chips and 3 tablespoons butter over low heat until melted. Dip the tops of cooled cookies into chocolate. Refrigerate 15 minutes. Store leftover cookies in refrigerator.
