PECAN DELIGHT PIE 
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped pecans
20 crackers
1 pt. whipping cream

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar, a little at a time, baking powder and vanilla. Beat until stiff. Stir in crushed crackers and nuts. Spread in buttered 9 inch pie plate and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven, let cool. Top with whipped cream. Chill before serving.
