3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. water

Sift dry ingredients in pan. Level off with fork. Make 3 wells in the flour mixture. Put vinegar in one, salad oil in another and vanilla in last. Add water and mix well with fork or spoon DO NOT BEAT but be sure to mix well. Bake 30-35 minutes at 325 degrees.
