3/4 c. lite mayonnaise
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. milk
8 c. cabbage, shredded
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. whole Spanish peanuts

Mix mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice and milk, and stir into the shredded cabbage. Then fold in oranges and peanuts. Serves 8.
