JUICY MEATLOAF 
1/2 c. Grape Nuts cereal
1 c. milk
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce with mushrooms
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, grated
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Combine cereal, milk and 1 1/4 cups tomato sauce. Add ground beef, onion, eggs, oregano and salt; mix well. Spoon meat mixture in 9 x 5-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. About 10 minutes before done, pour remaining tomato sauce over meatloaf and strips of Velveeta cheese (if desired).
