CECI (CHICK PEAS MARINARA STYLE) 
1/2 c. olive oil
4 anchovy fillets, chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can cooked chick peas

Heat oil, add anchovies, pepper, parsley and salt and mix together well over low flame 2 minutes. Heat Ceci in own broth, add to the anchovy mixture, mix well and serve. Serves 4.
