ORANGE COFFEECAKE 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg; beat well. Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with orange juice. Stir in orange peel.

Turn into greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over top of batter. Bake in moderate oven 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until done.
