LEMON ICEBOX PIE 
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. lemon juice
3 egg whites
Vanilla wafers
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. lemon rind, grated
1/2 c. sugar
Melted butter

Make a pie crust by crushing vanilla wafers and mixing with melted butter. Line a pie pan with the mixture.

Beat egg yolks until light and fluffy. Add the sweetened condensed milk. Continue beating until mixture stands in peaks. Stir in the lemon juice and rind. Spoon filling into the crust. Beat egg whites until foamy and gradually add sugar, beating until mixture is stiff. Spoon on top of lemon filling. Put in ice box.
