TROPICAL CHEESECAKE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) crushed pineapple, well drained
1 env. dessert topping mix

Mix crumbs and butter, reserving 2 tablespoons of crumbs. Press on bottom of 8- inch round cake pan, chill. Whip cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until fluffy, stir in pineapple.

Prepare topping according to package directions, fold into pineapple mixture. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Chill well.
