THREE-FRUIT MARMALADE 
1 lg. grapefruit
2 lg. oranges
1 lemon
Sugar

Slice unpeeled, wash fruit crosswise very thickly. For each cup of fruit, add three cups of water. Let stand overnight.

Next day, bring to slow boil and simmer 10 minutes. Let stand overnight.

Third day, add 1 cup sugar for each cup of fruit. Pour into hot sterilized jars. Seal at once. Makes about 7 pints.
