SHRIMP AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1-2 lb. shrimp
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® wild & long grain rice
1 stick butter
2 cans mushrooms or fresh mushrooms
1/2-1 c. bell pepper, cut up
1 onion, cut up
Ritz crackers

1. Boil shrimp and prepare the rice.

2. Saute in the butter the mushrooms, bell pepper and onion.

3. Mix the rice and shrimp and vegetables with 3/4 to 1 can of soup.

4. Crumble Ritz crackers on top.

5. Bake 35 minutes in covered casserole dish at 350 degrees.
