CRISPY BAKED CHICKEN 
4 boneless chicken breasts, skin removed
1 c. Corn Flake crumbs
Salt & pepper as desired
Vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Rinse and dry chicken. Season with salt & pepper as desired. Coat each piece with vegetable oil, shake to remove excess and roll in the crumbs. Place chicken in baking pan lined with foil and sprayed with Pam. Bake 45 minutes. DO NOT over cook. Crumbs will form a crisp crust.
