PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork (or all beef)
1 lg. onion, diced
Salt and pepper
Butter
1 can tomato soup

Mix rice with meat, salt and pepper and form into elongated patties. Brown in butter. Place in large casserole. Add 1 can of tomato soup mixed with "about" 1 can of water. Cover and bake about 1 1/2 hours.
