PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
3/4 c. uncooked rice
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 can Campbell's tomato soup
4 to 5 pork chops, trim off fat

Cook rice in 1 1/2 cups water until water is almost absorbed, about 10 minutes. Add onion for last 2 minutes. Mix well with tomato soup (do not add liquid to soup). Set aside.

Grease flat pan or tray. Spread rice mixture, top with pork chops and broil. Turn over 1/2 way through.
