BUSTER BAR DESSERT | |
1 pkg. (15 oz.) Oreo cookies, crushed 1/2 c. butter, melted Combine Oreo cookies and melted butter together to make crust. Pat into 9x13 inch pan and freeze for 1 hour. 1 1/2 c. peanuts Soften ice cream and layer over Oreo cookie crust. Sprinkle peanuts over ice cream and freeze. TOPPING: 2 c. powdered sugar 1/2 c. butter 1 lg. can evaporated milk 2/3 c. chocolate chips 1 tsp. vanilla Combine powdered sugar, butter, milk and chocolate chips. Bring to a boil for 8 minutes. Add 1 tsp. vanilla and let cool. When cool, pour over ice cream and freeze again until time to serve. |
