BUSTER BAR DESSERT | |
1/2 lb. or reg. pkg. Oreo's, crushed 1/2 c. butter (melted) 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream 1 lb. salted Spanish peanuts FROSTING: 2 c. powdered sugar 1/2 c. butter 1 2/3 c. (1 can) evaporated milk 2/3 c. chocolate chips Crush cookies with melted butter. Put in bottom of 9x12 pan. Spread softened ice cream over Oreo's. Sprinkle peanuts over ice cream. Frost and freeze. Frosting: Boil 8 minutes until slightly thick. Cool and pour over ice cream. Freeze. |
