BUTTERED PECAN COOKIES 
1 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans

Cream butter, sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in pecans. Drop from teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until light brown.
