NEW ENGLAND BAKED BEANS 
4 (1 lb.) cans baked beans
8 strips bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled
1 c. yellow onion, chopped
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. molasses
4 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. butter
1 Jalapeno pepper (optional)
1/3 c. bourbon (optional)

Heat over to 375 degrees in oven-proof casserole. Combine first 8 ingredients, mix well. Add butter. (Add bourbon and Jalapeno). Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
