HUCKLEBERRY MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Mix the above together and take out a handful and put in a cup or bowl to use later.

In remaining mix, add: 3/4 c. milk 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and put in 1 cup huckleberries. Fold in. Put in paper cups in muffin pans. Pour batter in cups and sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
