HUCKLEBERRY OR BLUEBERRY BREAD 
BREAD:

2 c. sugar
1 c. butter, softened
4 eggs
5 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
3 c. blueberries, washed & drained

TOPPING:

1 tbsp. cinnamon
4 tbsp. sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Have all ingredients at room temperature. Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time.

In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients and stir well. Add dry ingredients batter alternately with milk; end with flour. Fold in blueberries. Pour batter into three 9x5x3 inch greased and floured loaf pans.

Combine topping and sprinkle on each loaf. Bake 45-50 minutes or until center springs back when pressed lightly. Do not overbake. Makes 3 loaves.
