SEAFOOD QUICHE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. flour
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
9" single pie crust
7 1/2 oz. can crabmeat, can use fresh
7 1/2 oz. can shrimp, can use fresh
6 oz. pkg. shredded Swiss cheese

Mix mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk until smooth. Add drained crabmeat and shrimp. Stir until blended. Add cheese and mix well. Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Optional: Shrimp only; chopped onions; chopped green peppers; mushrooms.
