BAKED FISH FOR A CROWD | |
Enough fish fillets to cover wide baking sheet Bacon slices as needed to cover fish Paprika Lemon pepper seasoning Thin lemon slices Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Completely cover pan with one layer of fish fillets. Flounder or blue fish are good. Sprinkle with lemon pepper, seasoning and paprika. Place 1/2 strip bacon on each or if bacon is not on your diet, lightly spray with butter-flavored Pam. Place a thin lemon slice on each. Place in cold oven. Set temperature gauge to 500 degrees. Bake until temperature reaches 500 degrees. Fish should be done. Test to see if they flake easily with a fork. BUTTER SAUCE FOR FISH: Melt together: Juice of 2-3 lemons 1 clove garlic, minced Simmer a few minutes and serve with fish. |
