PARMESAN OVEN-FRIED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
6 chicken breast halves, skinned
1/4 c. Italian reduced-calorie salad dressing
Vegetable cooking spray

Combine first 5 ingredients; set aside.

Dip chicken in salad dressing; dredge in bread crumb mixture. Place chicken, bone side down, in a 13x9 baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
