SPECIAL CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
1 small cream-style corn
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Mix by hand or in blender all the ingredients and bake for 20 minutes at 450°F.

Note: Recipe may be baked in muffin tins or greased skillet. Also, recipe freezes well.
