SOUR CREAM DOUGHNUTS 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. thick sour cream
1/2 c. sour milk
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour

Beat eggs and add sugar gradually. Add soda to sour cream and milk. Combine the two mixtures and stir in flour, baking powder, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well. Roll out dough to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with doughnut cutter. Fry at 375 degrees, turn once.
