APPLE CAKE 
1 (16 oz.) can apple pie filling
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients together and blend well by hand. Turn into greased & floured 9 x 13 inch baking pan and bake until done (about 1 hour). Cool. Cover with frosting. Cut into squares.

FROSTING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese, room temp.
1/4 c. butter, room temp.
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat with hand mixer. Spread over cake.
