CANTONESE CHICKEN 
3-4 chicken breast
1 can sliced carrots
1 can French style beans
1 lg. can mushrooms (2 sm.)
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 (or more) tbsp. sherry
1-2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ginger

Cut chicken in strips, fry in a little oil. Mix everything. Simmer. Serve over rice or noodles.
