SOFT AND CHEESE-E JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) box each of lemon & orange Jello
1 sm. carton Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. mild cheddar cheese, grated

Heat sugar and pineapple to boiling point. Add Jello. Stir until completely dissolved. Add 2 cups ice water. Let set. Use mixer to whip Jello. Add Cool Whip. Fold in cheese.
