1 whole cauliflower
1 jar Cheez Whiz
2 pkgs. frozen peas
Salt & pepper

Clean the cauliflower and leave as a whole head. Steam until tender but not soft. Cook the peas separately until tender. Place cauliflower on serving platter and surround with peas. Pour over the Cheez Whiz that has been heated so that it will pour easily. Serve. Yields 8 servings.

We all like this and it looks real pretty on a platter.
