SAUERKRAUT HOTDISH 
1 quart sauerkraut
1 lb. hamburger
2 medium onions, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups instant rice, cooked
1 can tomato soup

Layer the 3 ingredients beginning and ending with kraut. Top with a can of tomato soup. Do not add water to the soup. Bake in oven for 40 minutes at 350°F.
