STUFFED FILET OF SOLE 
8 sole filets (flounder is okay but not as good)
Fresh crabmeat, 1/2 lb.
4 saltine crackers, crushed
Thyme, sprinkle
Parsley, 1 tbsp. chopped
Salt, to taste
Pepper
Worcestershire Sauce
Butter

Arrange filets on baking pan so that the smaller ones are on the bottom of layers of each pair. Mix crabmeat, crumbs, thyme, parsley salt, pepper and spoon onto the filets. Sprinkle with a little worcestershire sauce. Top with the large filets. Sprinkle a little more worcestershire sauce. Dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees about 12 - 15 minutes or until cooked.
