POUND CAKE 
3 sticks of butter
2 3/4 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. plain flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. Egg Beaters
3 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon extract

Cream butter, sugar and soda until fluffy. Add Egg Beater and flour 1 cup at a time alternately adding flour and milk end with flour. Add flavoring. Beat egg whites and fold into mixture. Pour into tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
