1 pkg. lime Jell-O
1 small can pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup hot water
1/2 pint whipping or heavy cream
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 cup chopped nuts

Mix Jello in hot water. Mash in cream cheese and mix. Leave in refrigerator until the mixture gels but has not fully set (about an hour but this depends upon your refrigerator settings).

Whip cream until soft peaks form. Fold cream into Jell-O; add pineapple and nuts.
